  • Why should I incorporate these session into my store?
    There are endless scenarios where this program could be of use to you and your store. Maybe you are a business owner and you don’t have the time to do employee trainings, individual consults with clients, or research on new products or topics, etc. I want to add value to your store and give you the edge to be even more unique and one-of-a-kind than you already are. It allows you to offer your clients the very best: to ensure they put their trust in you, your employees, and your store, and that they keep coming back for more.   • Tell me more about the TRAINING SESSIONS!
    TRAINING SESSIONS are all about learning new topics , filling in knowledge gaps, and adding to your knowledge toolkit to share with your customers. This will aid you in gaining your customer's trust and keep them coming back for more. For each training session you can either choose a topic of your choice or pick from my library. Once you've booked your TRAINING SESSION, you will fill out an intake form that will help us choose the topic and get us squared away and ready for the session. Once the topic is chosen, I will prepare some material (a PDF Guide) that will be emailed over before our session along with a quiz that will be taken at the end of the session to ensure your understanding on the topic. Topics can include: specific products that you have been interested about, specific ailments/problems that clients are coming to you with or ones that you just want to be more comprehensive in your understanding, marketing strategies on social media, in-store, & more. The sky is the limit. For every topic, I will utilize my own knowledge on the topic and head to my go-to library of books and web sources (such as Dogs Naturally, Dr. Karen Becker, and the Forever Dog to name a few) to do some of my own research to make sure I am providing the most up to date information for you and your employees.   • Tell me more about the ONE-ON-ONE GUIDANCE SESSIONS!
    The ONE-ON-ONE GUIDANCE SESSIONS are useful for when you have a specific client that you feel the need for some extra guidance and support with. I will help you formulate which questions to ask, how you can help, and which products to recommend. I will also let you know if I believe a more in depth consultation is required and if so you can offer them your Exclusive Discount.* Here is how this works: Once you set up your session - You'll fill out the Intake Form so I know the issue at hand and what information you have collected so far from the client. Then at our scheduled time, I will email or call you (whichever you prefer) with a list of further questions that I need you to ask the client so that I can get the full understanding and make my recommendation from. I may also have some initial product recommendations at that point depending on how thorough your information is from the start. After I get those answers back from you, I will then follow up with my product recommendations and any other information that is relevant to pass onto your client OR I'll encourage you to refer your customer to me for a private consult (with your Exclusive Discount) if the issue is going to be too in depth.* I look forward to working with you & your team! So if you have the plan that gives you 2- GUIDANCE SESSIONS a month and one ends up being a referral, you still have the two to use. Basically a referral doesn't count against you. PLUS most (if not all) products that I recommend will be through your store. I am excited to work with you!   • Tell me more about the Q&A SESSIONS!
    A Q&A SESSION is “rapid-fire” style! Do you have some quick questions that you’ve been wondering about or waiting to ask someone? Something like, “a dog has diarrhea and what is my response to a client?” or "what makes “FOOD BRAND" unique from other brands or what are your thoughts on it?”, or "what kind of treats should I recommend for a diabetic dog?" etc. These are great if you are training new employees, have lingering questions that you don't have time to research yourself, if you want to feel prepared for when clients come in with questions, or are just plain curious about something you heard or want to know more about. Since this is more of a spontaneous rapid-fire style session there isn't much for you to do except come up with your questions and show up! Once you have scheduled your session, fill out the quick Intake Form with any questions that you have right now and bring any new ones or spur of the moment ones to the meeting! These sessions can be done via zoom or phone! If you ask me a question that I am not 100% on or that I want to do a little research on to be sure I am most up to date on, I will follow up with an email with those answers.   • How much does it cost?
    If you would like to test it out you can purchase a la carte. I also offer different plans for all sizes of budget if you would like to do a monthly Membership which saves you money and gives you access to exclusive content! Pricing can be found HERE.
  • What's the benefit to a monthly Membership versus a la carte?
    The easiest and shortest answer...you save $$$ and you get exclusive access to materials when you have a membership. See for yourself, HERE.
  • How to the CLIENT REFERRALS work? And what is the benefit to me and my store?
    Great Questions! If you are on Level 2 or 3 Monthly Membership, you will be given an Exclusive Discount code for your store that you can pass along to your clients. They will then be able use use that code for their FREE Introductory Chat as well as a Discount on their Strategy Session (I've linked them here so you can read what each of these include). The benefit to you and your store: 1) You are offering your clients an additional resource for their pets and giving them reassurance and confidence in shopping at your store because of your awesome benefits and exclusive offerings. 2) Throughout their pet's wellness journey, diet changes may need to occur and extra supplementation is almost guaranteed - so when I recommend specific products in the Strategy Session, I will inquire with you if it is something you already stock or if you would be able to special order for the client. This brings extra revenue to you and also maybe a nice introduction to a new product that you may find sells really well in your store!
  • How do I redeem & schedule my monthly sessions?
    Each month, once your membership is renewed (credit card is charged) I will email over your codes for the month. Depending on your monthly Plan - you will receive a monthly code for the retail only sessions (TRAININGS, GUIDANCE, & Q&A Sessions). As you go to schedule those, you will be able to use that code for the specific number of times that correlates with your plan. Example: if you have Membership Plan - Level 2, you will be able to use your GUIDANCE Session voucher 2 times for that month.   • How to I redeem my FREE access to the Mini Courses & Guides?
    First, make sure you are part of either Monthly Membership Level 2 or 3! If you are, then I will email you over your code that is exclusive to your store and for your store associates only. This code won't change over the course of your membership for as long as you continue to be a member! With that code you will then go over to The Pet Parent Clubhouse, linked HERE and enter in the coupon code at checkout.
  • What if I want to upgrade my plan or cancel my monthly Membership?
